Villa Catalina is a luxury detached individual villa with 3 bedrooms on one level, sleeping up to 6 people, situated in Calpe, Northern Costa Blanca, Spain in a quiet residential area, south facing with nice views. It has a private pool and gardens, near to beaches and all amenities. We have made our villa a real home from home and made sure that all the amenities you would expect are there. There is a UK satellite TV with freeview in High Definition and DVD player in the villa and we have a selection of DVDs and CDs for your use; please feel free to bring any of your own with you. It has a fully fitted modern American kitchen which is well equipped for self-catering with plenty of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses, microwave, oven, ceramic touch hob, fridge freezer, hot sandwich maker, mini food mixer, blender, dishwasher etc. and a washing machine in the garage. Wireless broadband is provided free of charge. There are three bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, large fitted wardrobe space, one double (full en-suite shower room) and two with twin beds, plus a family shower room. There is an iron and ironing board in the villa as well as a hair dryer. All bed linen, hand and bath towels including kitchen towels are provided. Electricity, water and cleaning are included. A separate charge is made for winter heating. A sunny veranda benefits from all-day sunshine with sunbeds and a covered terrace with table and chairs. The private gated gardens have been beautifully planted and are regularly maintained. For those looking to cool down there is a private maintained kidney-shaped salt water pool, with an outside shower. There is also a further terrace with a stone BBQ and table set. The main town of Calpe with its beautiful long sandy Blue Flag beaches and friendly bars and restaurants is only a short distance away. There is a bus service running to Calpe a short distance away. Two bars are nearby and there are several restaurants within walking distance.
