Urbanización Playa Principe are excellent front line beach holiday rental properties in a prime position on the La Manga strip about 1km from the Tomas Maestre marina (largest on the Mar Menor). There is a commercial centre along the entrance to the marina with shops, supermarket, banks and the marina itself is very beautiful and offers an excellent range of bars and restaurants offering many types of cuisine from French, Greek, Mexican and of course Spanish restaurants have contributed to the areas cosmopolitan reputation . From the marina there is ferry service operating across the Mar Menor from to Santiago de Ribera with its permanent street market on Wednesdays,The ferry operates approximately a two hourly service and takes 20 minutes. Bicycles are permitted on board for a small extra charge During the summer, the beaches offer a variety of watersports, sailing, powerboat trips and scubadiving. 20 minutes from La Manga Golf Club.

Flights are often less expensive during weekdays and allows you better choice with flights, So we are happy to accommodate arrival and departure on any day of the week. Please check availability. SUPPLEMENTS: (payable on arrival) • Final Departure cleaning charge - €65 • 7th person in using sofa bed - €10 • 8th person in using sofa bed - €8 OPTIONAL EXTRAS: (payable on arrival) • Weekly clean for stays of 2 weeks or more - €60 RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates. The balance is due 6 weeks before travel. If travel is within 8 weeks of booking the full amount is required to be paid. SECURITY BOND: £100 security bond required with the balance of the rental cost. Refunded within 10 days of your departure (subject to inspection) once the keys have been safely returned to us, and assuming no damage has been caused to the apartment.
