DescriptionOur single storey, southwest facing townhouse in Nerja is in the select area of Pueblo Chimenea on a small headland at the east end of the popular Burriana Beach, a 5 minute walk away. The historic centre of Nerja is a further 20 minute stroll along the beach and sea front streets or a 5 minutes drive away. The comfortable accommodation offers 2 double sized bedrooms and a large living/dining room with separate kitchen and two bathrooms, one ensuite. From the private southwest facing garden terrace, which is surrounded by mature flowering plants and has views of the sea, an external spiral staircase gives access to the roof terrace which enjoys sun from early morning to late evening and views of the beach and mountains. The location is particularly quiet being distanced from road traffic and the hustle and bustle of the beach but close enough to the shore to enjoy an ambience of distant surf. We have made this our winter home so it should satisfy both short and long stay holidays.
