Second floor property with balcony where you can see the sea, sparkling in the sunshine, over the rooftops. There are fans in every room, not air conditioning. The apartment also has English TV, Sky sports 1, 2, 3, two movie channels and all 5 terrestial channels. DVD and Video player. Small stereo radio, cd player. The kitchen is fully fitted, microwave, mini oven, full oven and hob, 'fridge/freezer. There is a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and shower into the bath. The wardrobe has a safe for all your valuables. The second bedroom has a large wardrobe and a sideboard for storage. This bedroom contains two single beds. There is also a separate lobby with a sink and toilet. The third bedroom has one bed, a large wardrobe and a chest o' drawers. In the local area there is a Saturday market also many bars and different restaurants, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Spanish and English. There are many cafes to enjoy a coffee and a snack. Because you can walk to the beach, a car is not always necessary, not unless you have a lot to carry. It is actually 16 minutes walk to the beach. Taxi's are freely available should you require them. There are two banks and a large supermarket within 8 minutes walk. Torrevieja is our local town. A very Spanish town with an active fishing fleet, a submarine to explore and three theatres which regularly exhibit cultural shows. A good place to visit at night, this is when it really looks beautiful. Cafe society at it's best.
