A spacious two bedroom apartment on a quiet complex around 200 metres from the sea and only a 5 minute walk from the commercial centre of San Blas with its wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket. The apartment features an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The lounge has satellite TV, DVD player, and a HIFi system and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, iron, toaster etc. The two large bedrooms are of similar size, each having two single beds, a large built in wardrobe and a dressing table, one having a safe and hairdryer. The fully tiled bathroom is fully equipped with wc, washbasin, bidet and bath with overhead shower. Large patio doors in the lounge open out onto an exceptionally large sun terrace (38 sq metres) with beautiful sea views. One side of the terrace has a table and six chairs for meals in the sunshine and the other side has two comfortable sunbeds for relaxation. All linen and towels (with the exception of beach towels) are provided. The complex offers two swimming pools, each with its own kiddies section, the apartment is close to the main pool. There is also a childrens' play area on the complex.
