This bright and airy apartment with it's own private patio is in a quiet street opposite one of Sitges's most impressive historical buildings and just 2 minutes away from the lively town centre and the railway station and a 5 minute stroll to the beach. The interior is impeccable as the apartment has just been completely renovated in a contemporary style with designer kitchen and bathrooms and brand new facilities and imported Scandinavian furniture (!). The apartment has been tastefully refurbished in a contemporary style with terracota tile flooring, neutral tones on the walls and stone mosaic tiling in the kitchen and bathrooms. The main bathroom has a walk in glass shower and stainless steel wash basin. The second bathroom has a toilet and a stainless steel wash basin. All three bedrooms are ample sized double rooms ( two with double beds and one with twin beds)with wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirrors, fans and bedside tables and lamps. There is a seperate dining area with seating for six although in the warmer months you would probably prefer to dine 'al fresco' in the large sunny patio which gets the morning sun and is ideal for breakfast or as a cool retreat in the afternoons.
