The villa itself is extremely comfortable. It is equipped with air conditioning and has spacious lounge and dining area where you can relax and feel at home. It is fully furnished and includes English satellite TV, CD player, log burning fireplace (for winter lets), American style kitchen with full size oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric toaster and kettle. The utility room houses the washing machine/dryer and dishwasher and has a separate laundry sink which is ideal for washing off sandy items from the beach. Welcome packs can be provided, if required at the cost of 10 Euros. There are two double bedrooms downstairs that overlook the back garden and one king size bed and one twin room with two 3 foot beds. All pillows, sheets, and quilts are provided. A hair dryer is provided in the downstairs bathroom. The spacious master bedroom is located upstairs with two extra wide single beds and an en suite shower room. French doors from the bedroom lead directly onto the 1st floor sun terrace. The conservatory overlooks the front garden and is ideal for breakfast or just relaxing after a long day at the beach. Please Note: Smoking is only permitted in the conservatory area, an ash tray is provided for this. The villa is very secure and is fitted with a 24 hour alarm system with on call facilities if needed.
