This lovely ground floor 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect base for either a beach holiday or to explore from.The beach which is a blue flag beach is 10 minutes easy walking distance.The golden sands are cleaned daily, and the sea is safe for children to paddle in.5 minutes walk from the apartment is the Orihuela Costa. Here there are tennis courts and a large swimming pool and large grassy areas to sun bathe on,the perfect place to spend the day. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double bed and 2 single beds.A large lounge and dining area, american style fully fitted kitchen with small galeria(utility room)off the kitchen. The large bathroom has bath and shower, bidet ,vanity unit and toilet There are tiled floors thorughout the apartment with ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the lounge area there is aircon to help to keep it cool in the heat of the summer. Outside there is a lovely terrace with patio furniture. Just the place to sit and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine and also there is a small garden.Immeadeately to the side of the apartment is the communal pool which serves this small developement. ideal for those early morning dips !!There are good restaurants and bars all within easy walking but far enough away from for the apartment to be nice and quiet
