A luxury villa with pool situated on a quiet hillside behind Oliva, with beautiful mountain views. The villa sleeps 6, has 2 bathrooms, and is fully heated and air-conditioned. All 3 bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and linen is included. It is built on 4 levels, with an open circular staircase connecting the living accommodation. Please note that this may be unsuitable for toddlers or the elderly/infirm. The kitchen is well-equipped with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and large fridge/freezer. There is a dining area with seating for 6, and a lounge area with satellite TV and DVD, which has access to the front terrace with second table and chairs for outside eating. There is another large sun terrace upstairs with sun loungers and a small table/chairs, and on the lowest level, accessed by external stairs, is an 8m x 4m private pool with terraced area and more sun loungers/chairs. The villa is accessed from a small private road servicing 4 villas, where parking for one car is available. There is also plenty of room to park on the quiet public road. Rates include water, electricity, cleaning, welcome pack of groceries, weekly linen change and pool maintenance, also assistance if needed from local (English) representative. Bath towels can be loaned if required.
