It has a raised patio and also a covered terrace on the groundfloor there is a bbq for your use and tables and chairs for dining, there are also 2 sunloungers, inside there is a lounge with satalite TV, and a DVD/CD player, there are books to read and we ask that if you are taking one of our books home to finish please leave a replacement, there is a fully fitted kitchen and a twin bedroom and a shower room with wc. On the first floor there is a family bathroom, the master bedroom with balcony and a further twin room, on this floor there is also a terrace, upstairs there is the large roof terrace with sea views and views of the nature reserve and Salina's. Our Apartments are frontline, a 3 bed groundfloor apartment and 4 bed 1st floor apartment set within the small courtyard development of Pobloda Pescador around a shared pool area. Both are typically Spanish in style and overlook the promenade and beach to the front, and nature reserve to the right. Both have a large lounge with dining area, a fireplace for winter use if needed and a television and DVD/CD player. We have just installed new kitchens and furniture this year. The 3 bed has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bed with a pull out to create either a twin or double,there is 1 bathroom with shower. Outside there is a utility/yard off the kitchen for hanging washing etc, and the lounge has double doors that open onto the garden/patio area, there is a built in BBQ for your use and a dining area, also sunloungers. At the rear of the Apartment a door leads to the courtyard and pool area, the pool has a shallow end for children. The 4 bed apartment has a balconey off the lounge overlooking the beach and a large private roof terrace with cloakroom and shower, there are sunloungers and chairs for your use and also 2 BBQs. This apartment has 1 double bedroom and 3 twin bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, please note that two of the bedrooms and a bathroom are situated accross the corridor from the entrance door.
