This delightful detached villa is situated in the most sought after area of LOS MOJONAS in Puerto Del Carmen. It is surrounded by high stone walls and tall trees for privacy.The front wrought iron gates are electrically operated and has entry phone system in operation. The villa is fitted with an alarm system for extra security. It is in a quite residential area yet close enough to walk to the shops, bars,resturants,beach etc.Although the villa is very large it only has three bedrooms and three bathrooms but they are all very spacious. The villa is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED AND HEATED all year round.There is a seperate lounge dinning room conservatory, kitchen and utility room. LOUNGE The lounge has a comfortable sofa and armchair, sky T.V DVD CD Video player enclosed in a beautiful cabinet.A large sideboard houses a selection of board games, books , videos, DVDs, CDs. It also holds champagne, wine and whisky glasses. The focal point of the lounge is an electric log effect marble fireplace. DINNING ROOM The dinning room has a table six chairs and a hot electric plate to keep food warm. CONSERVATORY The conservatory is furnished with a four seater sofa that turns into a double bed, two rocking chairs and occasional tables. There is access from the conservatory into a GAZEBO STYLE SUNKEN MARBLE JACUZZI HOT TUB. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with a four ring hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster,coffee maker, dishwasher and a fridge to chill the wines and beers. There is a full dinner service for eight people and ample cooking utensils are provided. There is also a WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM in place so there is no need to carry heavy bottles of water. UTILITY ROOM The utility room has a washing machine, upright fridge freezer, ample cupboard space, sink and work surface, iron and ironing board. All bedrooms lead from the hallway. The master bedroom is generous in size with a double bed, free standing wardrobe, wicker chair, chest of drawers and a victorian style wrought iron stool. There is a dressing room which has approximately twelve foot built in wardrobe with sliding doors that are mirror paneled from floor to ceiling. Opposite the wardrobe there is a large dressing table. The en suite bathroom again a generous size, it contains a bath size shower with sitting facility, large wash basin sunk in marble with a large vanity mirror surrounded by hand made Italian tiles, providing ample surface area. There is a toilet and bidet. The second double bedroom has once again a fitted wardrobe with sliding doors that are mirror paneled from floor to ceiling. It has two large single beds that may be used as a double bed if required.(It is normally used as a double bed). There is a ceiling fan as well as air conditioning. The third bedroom has two single beds and a large fitted wardrobe. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The second bathroom is located between the second and third bedroom it has a shower toilet bidet and a large wash basin sunk in marble with a large vanity mirror. Mounted on the wall above the sink there is a telescopic magnifying mirror which is ideal for make up application and shaving. The third bathroom is located between the pool and the fountain it consists of a shower wash basin and a toilet. By the pool there are six loungers with thick comfortable cushions there are a further two sun loungers by the fountain also with cushions. The sliding from the kitchen leads you out onto a covered patio for al fresco dining with a round glass table and four comfortable cushioned chairs this is right next to a table and four chairs in the kitchen. Unfortunately our children were ill for almost the whole duration of our trip but at least staying here made the week bearable! Would recommend the old harbour for meals and a visit to the shopping centre _ great for children clothes. Thank you once again, hope to re-visit in the future. July 2007 Wilkinson’s from Durham The villa is excellent - no complaints at all – very well equipped. The purified water system is a big plus – no need to carry bottles of water up the hill. The swimming pool & spa were kept to a good standard & cleaned twice a week. Lots of extras for kids. The food in the harbour area is good, especially the La Cascada Puerto restaurant/grill. We have enjoyed our stay at Casa Galmai. The restaurant Lanica in the old town serves good food with a friendly service. Would defiantly stay here again and will recommend to others when we get home. I loved the pool! Our kids loved the warm pool and Jacuzzi and we all enjoyed the space this villa offers!!! Would recommend it to others and if we come back to Lanzarote, we would definitely choose this villa again. The food in the restaurants at the front was really nice The pool was lovely and warm and we enjoyed the Wii games. We would love to come back here again! Jerry Brooke 21st December 2011 the Moore family The VILLA was GREAT! The garage was refurbished into a games room and we were the first to use it. The air hockey table was the BEST. The Wii was cool as well most of the time we were on Wii fit plus. I love the pool it was the right temperature all the time. I love this villa and I will probably come here again. THE BEST VILLA by Alice aged 9 ½. 29th March – 5th April 2012 We have stayed in other villas in Lanzarote and this is by far the nicest! Drinking water was handy as were the hair dryers and condiments! Lovely to have a heated pool games room and DVD player – kept the kids happy. All in all a wonderful week and we hope to be back. Erin aged 10. 14th march 2012 We chose this villa for a 3 week break from the UK weather and our very busy lives. It has an excellent position being within walking distance of the town (no need to have the hassle of a car) and the owner has made it very private despite it being in a residential area. The villa has lots of amenities and we particularly liked the small little touches the owner has provided, such as the shopping trolley and battery candles (which we used in the lovely dining room). Our stay was made even more delightful by the excellent service we received from the management company. Graham & Louise were very helpful and gave immediate attention to any problems. It was a pleasure to meet them and we wish them all success in the future.
