The air-conditioned villa consists of 4 bedrooms and can sleep 6 Adults and upto 5 children (no sofa beds). There are 2 double & 1 twin bedded rooms, and the children's room, consisting of 2 sets of bunk beds (one with a double on the base providing 5 beds). A Family bathroom complements the en-suite to the master bedroom. The Lounge consists of 2 settees and has Sky TV showing the free view channels + DVD & HIFI a selection of childrens and family films as well as a comprehensive selection of CD's are available. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven/grill, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge with freezer and the all important bottle opener. The crockery and glassware are all high quality (Crystal glasses for wine and Brandy) for use in the house and a complete unbreakable set of glasses and plates for use on the patio and around the pool. Outside is an 8.5 x 4.5m pool ranging from 3 to 6 feet in depth. A large patio with sun loungers surround the Pool and a large patio table with seating for 12 allow the whole family to eat al fresco, possibly from the large Barbeque. A travel cot is available (No linen provided). No Smoking within the house please, ashtrays are provided in the patio / pool area and at the patio tables. The Pool area is enclosed within a balustrade with lockable gates, for safety with children. NO all male or female groups please. The cost electricity and water is included in the rent. The letting includes bed linen, towels and tea towels. A washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron are provided for your use. Towels, or any other equipment, must not be removed from the villa. It is, therefore, advisable to bring your own beach and bathing towels. A welcome pack, consisting of tea, milk, sugar, bread, eggs, etc is provided for your convenience. Further provisions can be provided at cost on request. A Security / Breakages deposit of £200 (300 Euro) is payable.
