DescriptionThe villa is only 2 years old. It is spacious, detached and furnished and equipped to very high standards. It is air conditioned (separate units control upstairs and down). It is part of the Las Palmitas community of only 14 detached villas sharing a large communal pool. It sits high on the hill overlooking La Manga Club and has views of the pool, the resort, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. The La Manga club is famous for its Golf courses,3 on-site and more in the surrounding area. It's tennis facilities are tremendous.The UK Lawn Tennis Association use it for their winter training. You can also usually bump into famous celebrities and sportspeople around the resort as they or their clubs visit for holidays/training. Restaurants are within walking distance and beaches are both on-resort and within a 15 minute car journey. Change-over days are flexible. We suggest Wednesday to Wednesday as we find flights are cheaper then, but we are happy to accomodate your needs..
