El Establo is a delightful 4 bedroom privately owned home, furnished to a good standard with everything you would need for a great holiday.. Surrounded by wonderful countryside with mountains at the rear. (It is not on a hill so suitable for gentle walking). Families with children are made very welcome with a cot, toddler bed sides and a highchair available at no extra cost. Our villa is also wheelchair friendly. - no steps on the ground floor, wet room with wheeled shower/toilet chair. 1 metre wide doors, ramp to pool. Just a 15 min drive from Puerto Pollensa and Cala St Vincente, in the north of Mallorca, close to all attractions but away from the tourist bustle. Private parking. Every room is light and airy with ceiling fans. A furnished shady terrace for lazy lunches and a BBQ on the sunterrace for al fresco dining. There is a 32 " Sat TV/DVD with many DVDs provided for our holiday guests. A well equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, full oven. fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining room has rustic furniture with 2 windows making it a pleasant place to enjoy your meals. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor with adjacent large walk in shower room/toilet suitable for a wheelchair user. A marble staircase leads you to the further 3 bedrooms and family bathroom. Total 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins) Cot and highchair available. We have a spare bed that is suitable for a child, making the maximum sleeping capacity 9. Loungers, fresh water shower, and a beautiful swimming pool 9m x 4 ms, with lights for evening swims. Relaxing outdoor hot tub set at a tempting 37 degrees (approx) wonderful to enjoy and relax after a day in the sun. The villa is prepared before your arrival and linen is changed weekly. Keys and directions are sent our a few weeks before your departure date. Good property management are there to support you should you need it.
