The property does not have weekend tariffs NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser\'s discretion Payments also Accepted by bank transfer. A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure booking, balance to be paid 60 days before arrival date. Cancellations charges, more than 60 days -no charge, 4-8 prior to arrival -50% of total rental rate 2-4 weeks prior to arrival -75% of total rental rate, less than 2 weeks prior to arrival 100% of total rental rate, These prices include all linen , 24 hr on call service. Special rates are negotiable for longer stays especially during the winter month. The arrival and departure is any day in the high season.
